90 Day Happiness Guarantee

We want your little one to love their FUZZLINGS onesie. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.
• Wrong size? We will gladly help you exchange it for another size, subject to availability.

How to start a return

Email us at difrasni@use.startmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with the return instructions and a free return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need some extra time to post the refund.
